The install was not too difficult. I installed with the bed liner in but cut out slots for the rails at first. I had to go back and cut out the portion under the base in order for it to set flush on the rails. Thanks for the YouTube videos.

This kit is awesome. Everything lines up wonderfully for my Chevrolet 3500HD long bed. The guide that holds the bolts in place when feeding it through the frame of the truck is genius.......BUT.....please made the guide slightly longer for the rear bolts, (see photo) because mine fell in the frame while pushing it into position, and it took me 2 hours with a magnetic to fish it out of the truck's frame. Until the manufacturer makes them slightly longer, installers drill a hole in the end of the guide and insert a wire, in case it falls into the frame when feeding it into the frame. The two nuts and bolts over the gas truck will drive you nuts (long bed) if you are not a contortionist, lol, but this has nothing to due to this manufacture of this great kit. I also like the grey powder coat that goes with the B&M Patriot 5th wheel hitch.

The B&W 5th wheel hit is working out great.
Everything lined up and fit as it should. The only suggestion I have for B&W is, they should provide flange nuts for the carriage bolts in the rails instead of regular nuts and washers. The space to work in during installation is really tight and trying to get a stack of washers on the bolts plus the nuts started is a challenge to say the least. Otherwise Everything has held up great and I would recommend it to others.

It’s been a year of towing and no issues whatsoever with the hitch rails. I still recommend them to people if they ask what hitch setup I’m running.
Very nice and solid 5th wheel hitch. Very quiet when towing. One important comment: I have a 2019 Chevrolet Crew Cab with 6ft 6 in bed. I am towing a 2019 Grand Design Reflection 5th wheel. Dealership installed the hitch. I seem to have clearance between the cab and 5th wheel when 90 degrees from one another. The 5th wheel hitch overhang will hit the tailgate of the truck when sliding back to locking position. I think its about a 3 inch interference, Make sure you check this by lowering your tailgate before sliding into parking position.
The product is made extremely durable. Installation was not as easy as the etrailer video showed. Not because of the product, but because you definently want your truck up on a lift. Between the frame and truck bed was about 3 inches to work with. Squatting under the truck bed to bolt everything together was not an easy task for this old man. I did complete it with the help of my kids. Other than that, it bolted together as advertised. If you're going to do this yourself, do all the prep work before you start. The predrilled holes in the frame,make sure the threads are clean and clear of debris. Follow the instructions and good luck. Anybody need a slightly used truck cap?

Working as intended with no issues
it does slide good, can not use it with the tailgate up since it will hit
and since i have to have the tailgate up when backing up, i do not use it.

Ordering process was easy. Only real issue I had was shipping. Package was rather heavy and the carrier called asking to deliver on a tractor trailer. I advised them that the semi couldn't make it to my home without issues. I was away on vacation so had to call my daughter and her boyfriend to go pick it up in his truck. Which pickup location was about 45 minutes from my home. No other issues though. Haven't seen hitch or mounts so can't review on condition, installation, use, or how it was packaged yet.
I bought these rails along with the B&W Patriot 5th wheel hitch. The entire setup is the best in the business. It is astonishing how quiet the hitch is when I'm pulling my camper. Would highly recommend any products offered from B&W! Plus, you just can't go wrong with eTrailer's customer service! They assisted in ordering the correct rails for my truck and the entire process was a breeze!

I love my B&W hitch. Installation was average and the instructions were very clear with photos along the way. We are a full time RV family and we have pulled across the country three times now on this setup. Very happy with B&W and always happy with the service I receive from e-trailer.
The rail kit appears to be well built and sturdy. The install directions were clear and easy to follow. The only recommendation I'd have on my part would be the nuts for the carriage bolts in the rails. The area above the frame is extremely tight and it makes it hard to get all the pieces on the bolt plus the nut. Instead of a flat washer and lock washer, why not use a flange nut? That would help with the process of working in a tight space. I ended up taping all the washers together and sliding them on the bolt, then putting the nut on. Overall I'm very happy with it though. I believe it will hold up well and last for plenty of years. I've already recommended it to my dad, who's looking to purchase a 5th wheel as well.

The product is exactly what I needed. In my area, I was told this item could not be located by the local dealers, here and in numerous cities within 50 miles. I found it on your website and was very happy to order. My local Chevy Dealer/garage was able to install no problem! My only reason for 4 out of 5 stars was that this product was sent in two separate boxes, (probably to ensure "free shipping") which arrived one day apart and I was not given two separate tracking numbers. A little frustration there and required an extra day at the shop, but still exactly what I ordered and paid for. Thank you.
Purchased a new truck recently and needed a new hitch installed. A local trailer company was going to install it, but the rails we needed would not arrive in time to be installed before our trip. I called etrailer and talked to Ed, who said they had them and could get them to me in 4 days. I placed the order at 5:23 on Monday. They shipped at 6:38 that same day, which is pretty impressive to me. Icing on the cake was that I actually received them on Wednesday. Ed was very helpful and easy to talk to. The only negative was that I had to hold for 20 minutes to get through. Not sure if this is normal or just a spike in calls. Good buying experience for me. Thanks Ed!

There were delivery problems as UPS had lost 1 of the 4 boxes. I contacted Customer Service and was not only given the name of the representative but also her direct extension. Lori had to file the claim and stayed on the paperwork until she advised that the replacement was in stock and assured it was shipped. They fixed the problem without any extra work on my part. Great experience and Lori deserves major kudos.
